I. Love. Peanut butter.
Most people who know me know this. I recently got a new food processor and was really excited to make my own. It, of course, turned into these babies.
I will keep modifying, but the ones I made turned out pretty amaze-balls.
2 cups lightly salted peanuts
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate (for dipping, whatever type you prefer)
- Blend peanuts, peanut butter, and coconut sugar in a food processor until it forms a lump thing (but not too much or it’ll get too oily), and put lump thing in the fridge to cool.
- Make rounded tsp sized balls and freeze till firm-ish at leeast
- Melt chocolate, dip, refreeze, eat.
